My overall experience here is strong. Leadership communicates goals clearly and supports reps with regular coaching and feedback. The onboarding is structured, which helps new hires ramp quickly. The culture values performance but also recognizes effort, and wins are celebrated publicly. I feel challenged but also set up to succeed.

It’s good to get experience, but they’re a jack of all trades and master of none type of company. All of their competitors typically have better brand and technology. So uphill battle when it comes to selling against competitors
