Most deals these days at the enterprise come from cross/upsell existing customers. Net new logos are tough and take a long time. The space has gotten very competitive and the roadmap delivery needs to improve

Supportive, collaborative culture. Great product market fit (for my territory). More tailored towards SMB/smaller enterprise accounts, but compelling story/technology for consolidation play, especially with the recent aquisition of Noetic.
