Great overall comp and experience, however, top level C suite leadership has no idea how to mature as an organization or achieve results in the enterprise space. This company will be bought out by P/E in the next 6 months, or go through more massive layoffs, which should be targeted to under-performing employees, rather than the hatchet job they did in August.

pretty good market fit and uncapped OTE. base comp is lower than other places but probably a better chance to hit your quota

my overall experience early in my tenure was great, but as time went on the company lost sight of the technology advancements that made them the powerhouse they once were.
