Current Employee Good but since the company has gone public they are treating sales people poorly especially the Sales Engineers. As an IC with a quota of 23M there is no real path to make good money, the level of effort needed is unsustainable and no training is given to be able to handle this kind of load. What’s worse is mgmt on the SE side won’t listen or acknowledge problems just want to do more with less. I can’t see this company serving its stock holders because of it.
