Quotas have increased significantly since I joined in 2022. Enterprise AE’s will have to land a whale to have a chance at hitting quota.

My overall experience has been underwhelming. Great product, a mix of talented and less talented individuals, but there’s been too much change over the last several months that has disrupted the org’s ability to perform to the best of its potential. Culture has also been deteriorating for a few years.
