Rubrik is struggling with the transition from unicorn startup to public company. Culture, respect and compensation have suffered due to the IPO process, good people are jumping ship as a result. It will recover I think, as the product and vision are strong, but it is not a great time to be selling there right now as they don't value their people at the moment.
