Current Employee4.1May 25, 2024Joined a new org as a product line expert selling into a defined territory. Quotas seem high and deal sizes aren’t big enough…. Leadership is supportive and process is good. Still bullish on Rubrik but people haven’t made great money the last 12 months.

Former Employee3.6Mar 24, 2025Good product and people but compensation is below market average for SDRs. Activity metrics and quota are aggressive and tough to hit. Activity metrics can feel unrealistically high in particular especially if you want to try to research and personalize outreach.
