My overall experience was good at the beginning but as they tried to integrate Twilio and Segment products, the core strength of the Segment platform were neglected and the constant org changes created a lot of noise which made it hard to stay focused.

Lackluster across the board, good base, awful compensation plan changes, penalizing reps for churn and contraction regardless of reasons for churn (I.e. bankruptcy etc), middle management atrocious, OTE substantially lower, RSUs excellent.

It's a tough product/market fit. Long time to value and bad implementation of the product. No one hit quota in 2023 in mid market.
