CDP space is becoming more crowded as players enter the market by way of acquisition or becoming composable personalization tools that are “lightweight CDPs”. Still a place for Segment as they have done a good job of positioning themselves as a market leader.

Former Employee2.3Oct 24, 2024My overall experience was good at the beginning but as they tried to integrate Twilio and Segment products, the core strength of the Segment platform were neglected and the constant org changes created a lot of noise which made it hard to stay focused.
