Segment has lost its product market fit, but other Twilio products seem to be very successful. Nice spiffs this year made up for lack of revenue opportunity.

Outside the general market conditions for software buying, the CDP space is definitely having a moment. Consolidation and category confusion. CDP is definitely not going anywhere it just might look different
