Lackluster across the board, good base, awful compensation plan changes, penalizing reps for churn and contraction regardless of reasons for churn (I.e. bankruptcy etc), middle management atrocious, OTE substantially lower, RSUs excellent.

I have a fantastic manager and team, however I have many peers who don't feel the same about their manager. Talent acquisition has definitely gone down and we aren't hiring the right people. I chalk this up to leadership lacking vision and not having consistency in what they say. Overall, I feel well compensated and my day to day is good but I have serious doubts...Read More
