Mostly mediocre at best. Management is atrocious, zero true leadership, just pressure cooker raining down from above. Zero career development, no one cares about the person, only about how much rev bringing in every month. H1/H2 quotas are irrelevant, you are held to a monthly expectation even if quarterly is expressed. Product is falling behind, financials are struggling and declining further. Be careful, don’t chase the high base

My overall experience has been pretty productive but since 2024 morale is very low and leadership seems to be struggling. Good company to learn how to sale but not good for career progression or make money at the moment.
