Mostly mediocre at best. Management is atrocious, zero true leadership, just pressure cooker raining down from above. Zero career development, no one cares about the person, only about how much rev bringing in every month. H1/H2 quotas are irrelevant, you are held to a monthly expectation even if quarterly is expressed. Product is falling behind, financials are struggling and declining further. Be careful, don’t chase the high base

Lots of changes on the horizon. Teams are starting to see more success, but we continue to see headwinds on competition and lead flow.

Unfortunately has been lapped by the competition. Current leadership is clueless on what resonates with the market and the sales leaders think it's 2015 and more smiling and dialing will get people to their number.
