Unfortunately has been lapped by the competition. Current leadership is clueless on what resonates with the market and the sales leaders think it's 2015 and more smiling and dialing will get people to their number.

Terrible leadership is destroying this company. People who have never sold are creating comp plans. I do love the product and my peers, but Segment’s time is over. 5% of reps hit quota and they have introduced a penalty for churned accounts so you’ll be digging yourself out of a hole.
