Current Employee Semrush is an awesome tool that fits the market, but is very robust and takes some time for many users to get comfortable with. The onboarding process for new hires in sales is all product focused and the trainings cover the use of the product more than the day-to-day needs of sellers, sales motions, tactics, and processes.
Your ramp period will involve asking a lot of questions and seeking support from your team/managers to get normalized with the selling workflows and responsibilities.
