I love SEMRush. It’s a great tool and I loved the company I started working for. For a time it was legitimately the best job I ever had. This is all past tense. Changes in sales leadership are constant with a CEO who doesn’t believe he needs a sales team at all. Quotas are ever changing, with a 262% quota increase in q1 alone. There is a distinct lack of communication between departments and a lack of training as roles change. The money can be good, the actual job itself, working with businesses on their game plans and providing the right tools is fun, it’s just an overall mess of an organization, and sadly that doesn’t appear to be changing anytime soon. 3 CSO’s in 2 years…
