It used to be an incredible place to work, and it still has so much potential. The siloed structure of the organization is the reason for its downfall. There is a major PLG vs. SLG problem, and no one addresses it. Many reps are looking to leave. I am excited to see if the new CEO can bring it back to being an amazing place to work.

I was with the Kompyte business unit. The product is vastly inferior to Klue + Crayon. The Sales team had 12 head to head deals with Klue in Q1 and lost all of them. The CEO and COO don't know what they're doing and are scared for their jobs. They have a habit of randomly firing people and blaming them for the current quarter's numbers.
