After going public a lot has changed and change is very regular. Once a quarter your quota or goal will change (usually increase) sometimes this happens within the quarter. Sales culture has really been on the downward trend for the last 2 years and it's sad to see. Good product though, sales leadership needs to figure their stuff out though because its kind of a mess.
