Overall a go to company, if you want to work hard and culture is not important for you. Leadership can change, coachings/ trainings only to beginn of the job. Compensation good.

Used to be great but constant changes, layoffs, unequal pays, overload of admin work, and acting as sdrs for the enterprise team have made it unbearable. CEO has become blind to anything but $$$. Not one person i know of is happy and morale is at an all time low. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone anymore.

Even if you hit quota. Your pay can be decelerated for not selling "Large Deals". Any MRR deal less than $750 per month is paid 40 cents on the dollar. 90% of the products offered are under the $300 per month range, so you have to bundle products together or sell our enterprise solution which just rolled out a few months ago.
