Good product and strong market fit priced as the premium solution but questionable SDR leaders who lack transparency and in creating a career path for SDRs. If you would like to be a lifelong SDR, this may be the place for you as there are a ton of perks that come with working at Workato. (Remote, fun Spiffs, plans to go public, health and dental, etc..) But if it's career progression, training and support that you're searching for. You're better off elsewhere.

Don't be an SDR here. You will get stuck. They will do anything to make promotions as hard as possible. SDR leadership is completely incompetent. They have absolutely no idea what they're doing. I respect my managers, very supportive team members and culture. Everyone genuinely wants each other to succeed. Path to becoming an AE is very slow compared to larger companies, but that’s understandable given market conditions and overall company strategy.
