Current Employee A solid place to experience the culture of a trendy tech company, but it's becoming more corporate by the week. Unless you're in the SMB segment where the product-market fit is strongest and the opportunity is huge (100-1000 employees, which is wild for an SMB role), earning decent money is unlikely.
Last year, I don’t think any Mid-Market reps hit their annual target for new logos or expansion. Since then, the roles have been merged, and everyone now has tiny books of business. The comp plan seems structured to minimize payouts, with a variable model and commission rates significantly below industry standards. The company won’t invest in essential tools like ZI, let alone support reps in attending conferences to meet prospects.
There’s no real training, communication around changes is poor, and RevOps has complete control over the GTM strategy - making decisions based on what works best for them, even if it leads to inefficiencies and ignores feedback. Browse Other Reviews
