However the sales org has gone through a lot of changes in the past year from territory & segment changes to commission structure changes. Current Employee2.4Aug 23, 2025Innovation is low, acquired products do not align with the customer needs. Inbound is low, if you are not maximising your existing customer, then you need to do a lot of outbound. A lot of first time managers, not culture builders.

There are hopes of an IPO but to do this, toxic leaders need to be replaced with experienced and respectable ones. Over the last year most sales reps are no where near achieving quota, despite working very hard, and nothing is being done about this aside from over hiring and avoiding obvious problems...Read More
