I use to LOVE waking up and working at 1Password. It was truly a special company to work for. Now the culture is toxic, and GTM leadership is tone deaf to what is going on with no clear strategy on how to equip the teams for success. PIPs, micromanaging and throwing more people at the problem is the current strategy. Favouritism is rampant in lead distribution & many teams are working leads/accounts they are not suppose to.

Great product but terrible compensation structure with high thresholds. If you dont make quota,which is rare, you earn practically nothing.

1Password used to be a fun place to work and now we got a new VP of Sales that is cleaning house and not acknowledging that no reps from commercial have hit their number 2 years in a row.
