Great company, great people but less than 20% of the reps hitting quota consistently. Pay structure (base + Variable) becomes below industry standards if at least 40-50% of the reps not hitting their OTE

Not very good. Mess of a sales organization. Leadership is awful. They're not even 1Password anymore, they're a whole other organization selling different products that you're not given proper onboarding for. Targets are extremely unrealistic. I suggest not applying here if you enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
