Not very good. Mess of a sales organization. Leadership is awful. They're not even 1Password anymore, they're a whole other organization selling different products that you're not given proper onboarding for. Targets are extremely unrealistic. I suggest not applying here if you enjoy a healthy work-life balance.

Company has and still is going through a lot of changes (process people product). Reach out to a couple of reps in the segment you are interviewing for before making a decision to take a role here. Job listings say “1Password isn’t for everyone” and that is very honest and accurate statement. Quota attainment listed is accurate.
