The only thing the sales org has going for us is that 1Password is a great product. That being said, nothing can make up for weak leadership. The management team is completely incompetent. This company is a terrible place to work. The quotas are unreasonable, and favoritism is rampant, with certain reps receiving inbound leads while others are left struggling.
