Current Employee The only thing the sales org has going for us is that 1Password is a great product. That being said, nothing can make up for weak leadership. The management team is completely incompetent. They ignore feedback from reps and are more concerned with implementing useless changes just to build their own resumes. They don’t track what actually works, they are the perfect example of throwing spaghetti at a wall and hoping something magically gets us to target. None of the departments work well together and AEs are left with the struggle while leaders get fancy dinners just for hitting their forecasts.. not even their targets lol.
Avoid at all costs. It’s cringy here.
