Not a great place to work in account management. Compensation is very low, among the lowest going around. Almost no reps hit quarterly quota more than once a year, if at all. Password managers are a must have for a limited number of employees at companies- the seat based revenue model doesn’t work as well with upselling because you’re selling a nice to have product at that level.

Incredibly difficult to hit target. Management has added a lot of pressure, and it's becoming a toxic work environment.

Great product but terrible compensation structure with high thresholds. If you dont make quota,which is rare, you earn practically nothing.
