Really solid team and leadership. There is a lot of change with a scaling company. Base and total compensation are embarrassingly low and not structured for anyone to get paid but the company.

It has great Product, awesome teammates, terrible comp structure, and unrealistic quotas. Get ready to feel like you should always be doing more regardless of your effort while being compensated your base salary.

Terrible company to work for. Management picks favorites, reps are all on pips and I do not recommend it at all.
