Company has and still is going through a lot of changes (process people product). Reach out to a couple of reps in the segment you are interviewing for before making a decision to take a role here. Job listings say “1Password isn’t for everyone” and that is very honest and accurate statement. Quota attainment listed is accurate.

Great team, decent product market fit, although it's a saturated market. Great remote working and intra-team culture with team members keen to help one another. Unfortunately, leadership at least where our team was concerned, was more focused on playing politics than the results. My overall experience has been negative. New Business BDRs achieve target maybe twice in a year. There’s another segment called Growth BDR that sells into existing customers, they hit target consistently and get the same compensation. This structure will change in 2025 since their ACV is $2000 and the company is losing money by having them.
