Culture is good, product is great in the market and general sentiment from clients is a great one. Base comp is not competitve and the commission structure is poor. Below market. Huge growing pains, tons of consistent internal changes and lots of new leadership. Product & company has great potential but sales structure, training, leadership and pay needs a lot of work.

The product is great and the company vision is strong. However the sales org has gone through a lot of changes in the past year from territory & segment changes to commission structure changes. Hitting quotas has become more difficult and earning potential if you don't hit quota is barely anything. It's a shame because I really believe in the product and the company...Read More

1Password has been the best stop in my career so far. I was part of the SMB segment, which is incredibly well led, the Director is the strongest leader I’ve worked under, and the managers follow that example.
