8x8 is a great company with an awesome culture. In terms of product market fit, it is still stronger on the UCaaS side compared to CCaaS still. That momentum is changing but that is the current state of the company. Quotas are a bit high but compensation package is solid and remote work is great. Very competitive and crowded market to sell into as Zoom, Microsoft, RingCentral, Genesys, Nice, and Vonage all fight for market share.

Great experience so far. Leadership is serious about their reps succeeding at least in the SDR/BDR role, lots of in depth training and coaching, good base salary and incentives such as challenges etc.

Chaotic. Would not recommend joining right now. Lots of layoffs and changes still to come
