Great experience so far. Leadership is serious about their reps succeeding at least in the SDR/BDR role, lots of in depth training and coaching, good base salary and incentives such as challenges etc.

8x8 is a great company with an awesome culture. In terms of product market fit, it is still stronger on the UCaaS side compared to CCaaS still. I had the greatest time of my life at 8x8, and made the most money I've ever made. Very sad that it had to end. Hoping Sam will bring that stock back up to at least the $20s
