Does anyone have experience within ADP's MAS core division? Wondering how the business unit is, as well as the opportunity to make good money?

This was by far the most toxic workplace I’ve encountered. Leadership operated through control and fear rather than trust, w/ relentless micromanagement that hindered productivity & morale. Interdepartmental dynamics were rooted in a ‘win at any cost’ mindset, involving constant unethical behavior.

For any job seeker considering this role, I strongly recommend doing a deep dive:  Really dig in to the SE & VP dynamics/ personalities, how many team members are new. If the entire team turned over at the end of fiscal, they cleaned house to save themselves in toxic organization.

Opportunity is there if you’re in the right situation. Heavy dependence on partners and if you have poor management above you, it could be a struggle to gain any momentum. Territory shape prior to you starting plays a major factor too.

Yes. Currently in this role. OTE is decent. First year, you get paid more on bringing in new logos than you do your commission rate. Leadership with your manager & your VP is huge...

Some earners clear 300k, others usually land around 140-150k hitting plan.

Core sells HCM software, service & ancillary solutions ex. 401k, ben admin, etc to companies w/ 50-150 employees. Hunter role, working w/ partners under a great brand. Safely earn 100-200k w/ hard work. Lots of advancement opps for much higher comp if successful in this role.
