Alright company overall but the compensation is very low compared to other companies offering similar positions. Definitely not a great paying company.

Great company, great role, great place to make money. ADP demands excellence and you have to be willing to work hard, smart, learn from leadership how to get better and be willing to be coachable

Neutral, entry level, very low percent of commission makes it to associate. They pay in a fractional percent of “roll call” which ends up equating to first month commission on product. For insurance sales, that is gouging since adp gets that commission monthly. Minimal renewal/residual comp.
