Former Employee Depends entirely on the hub. Stay away from Tempe, and take all of the positive reviews with a grain of salt. Likely management fudging numbers like they do on monthly revenue projections
Service is in line with the rest of the industry, absolutely horrible. Outsourcing service centers to body shops in India and the Philippines while restructuring service into tears so client had to pay more for personalized service or accept help from random specialists after waiting 30 minutes in a call queue.
