ADP TotalSource is at the mercy of UHC and Aetna for health underwriting, they keep on making it harder and harder to get good health rates. It is a 9 leg parley to get a totalsource account from start to finish.

I have had a very positive sales career thus far at ADP. However over the last 2 years there have been continuous changes to how accounts are aligned, resulting in lots of changes YoY and quota’s continue to increase.

Alright company overall but the compensation is very low compared to other companies offering similar positions. Definitely not a great paying company.
