Leadership spent a great deal of time in development trainings and didn’t apply the principles. Work culture was stressful employees due to lack of direction at times. Pay was not much different than competitors.

digital sales role - can no longer use marketing emails to self gen leads. regions are so/so depending on what team you're on. your biggest competition for the deal is almost always another rep at ADP.

ADP is a great company. The SMB space is definitely better for entry level or no exp sales reps. Reps are responsible for the full sales cycle. Prospecting to closing and supporting implementation.
