First, this is a great company to work for depending on what sector of AT&T you go into. Retail is where I work and I make great money. However, as you move up in the organization you find more “retirements” that happen way early, organizational recreations, more responsibilities with same pay, and downsizing teams that require more effort from sales drivers that are now packed on more. Overall, if you have great management and a vision of where you want to go; go for it!

1-5% of sellers hit quota. Great company but the sales team is highly flawed and not enough sellers are motivated.
