If you start as an SDR, is moving to a role such as a CSM realistic? I understand from prior research that most Adobe XDRs stay in the role for about 2 years until transitioning to CS but I wanted to hear if anyone here has gone through this process and what they have to say about it.

Been applying for about 18 months now for various roles in the Enterprise/Strategic space but willing to be flexible, ie Specialist. Very difficult to break through and get an interview even with a referral and over 8 years of experience in the Enterprise/Strategic space. Any pointers?
