Great company providing experience which will last a decade. Large variable in pay range and very political environment depending on area of the business. Performance and character alone won't get you the pay you deserve in some BUs; you will have to play a political game which gets old esp. for high performers

My overall experience was good, I think I had a great leader but when I got into the ISR role in the Digital Media space, it felt like I had to be there for at least 5 years regardless of my performance.
