Tough competitive environment. Adobe has market leading solutions but play in an intensively competitive environment. Challenging to sell to customers that are not bought into a digital transformation.

I have had a great expierence working with Adobe. Great company with awesome people and good leadership. Adobe is definitely well under-market for compensation which can result in turnover.

okay- good people, poor progression. Go to market/marketing all over the place. Prefer to hire externally than internally
