Adobe constantly changes things to make it hard for sellers to hit their numbers (ON PURPOSE!). I would be VERY careful if joining. It 100000% depends on the specific team, product, leadership, etc. of the team you are joining. be WEARY. I was lied to about a bunch of things during the interview process. Ask for PROOF, and I would also find people that recently left and ask them what happened. Best of luck.

Great place to work, love it so much, join this if you want to be a BDR in large corp instead of start ups. Very secure job.

In general, it’s a good company. In the Experience cloud side of the business there is a lot of competition. People in general think of Marketing software as a nice to have vs a must have, so getting customers to sign off on large contracts is way harder.
