Current Employee Overall Experience very much below all other Sales Jobs in 10+ years in SaaS Sales. Bad and Junior Sales Management, highest turnover ever seen in Sales Teams + Constant Fights ober territorities. Customer satisfacion low but brand makes deals posisble. Culture not existing, high pressure on young reps with low tenure. General very low Moral in Sales Org. Nothing I recommend. Most people only stay as being comfortable with base salary and cash out RSU. No high Performance Sales Culture at all.
