Pros: Product Market Fit, Company Benefits, Brand Recognition, Lower Stress Environment than most sales cultures Cons: Quota Compensation lacks clarity, poor training and onboarding, basic tasks take weeks to get done internally due to red tape and lack of standardized processes, internal systems and CRM are a mess. Overall a good company but internal processes are holding it back and negatively impacting reps and customers.
