Current Employee Culture is great. Base comp and RSUs are very competitive for this position. You travel to meet clients who are mostly happy with the solutions. Better to be a CSM or AM rather than a specialist.
Very difficult to outbound in this role as everyone knows the product suite as it has been around for 20+ years. Many clone products in the market with 80% of functionality and 20% of the cost make selling hard into net new accounts. People are very welcoming and willing to help. Not at all a cutthroat culture.
Overall good and more chill than most big tech but finding new deals with existing customers is near impossible making it hard to be 125%+ to OTE
