Overall, Airtable has an amazing ability to solve problems. However, the broad “one platform for everything” messaging confuses the ICP and can make it challenging to pinpoint turnkey deals, and can lead to slower velocity. That said … true Champions love Airtable and will go to bat for you within the largest companies! The value can be measured and quantified - just takes work and unique approaches with each customer.

Began pretty solid, started slipping fast, kept slipping. Maybe it'll turn out okay, but really no telling

Sales leaders made some questionable business decisions that ultimately led to reps' negative experiences and difficulty in being successful. They hired way too many AEs and cut down named accounts every single quarter. Quotas were too high and unattainable given they way they set things up.
