Current Employee The experience overall has been very positive. There was a period of transition that started in 2024 where a former regime of sales leadership has slowly been replaced by a new team. Overall this new team has been a breath of fresh air in that they have improved the culture, upleveled the operations of the sales org and instilled a greater level of inspiration, discipline and focus.
While things aren't yet perfect (nor will they ever be), I can tell you that things have improved considerably. Deal sizes have grown (less transactional than before), cross-functional collaboration has improved (creation of "pods" to increase customer focus) and AE retention has more than doubled from the high attrition of the past.
At the end of the day, the customers love the product and if we can continue to provide a customer-first GTM experience, the sky is the limit for what we can accomplish here. When you have strong product market fit, a positive long-term outlook becomes much more in your control (vs. fighting the headwinds of poor product/market fit and/or chronic product problems).
