Current Employee3.4May 6, 2024Majority of my pay is based on RSUs which is why my base is so low. Our team does not make commission so the only way we can increase our compensation is by getting promoted to a higher level which results in a higher base and more stocks.

So your W2 at the end of year says you made whatever your base was and stock was for the year. But you really only made whatever your base pay was. You are taxed on your stock and if you cash out stock, you are taxed on it again. Fun job because of the people and leaders, pretty easy sell too...Read More
