Current Employee Amazon pays you a base pay then the rest of your compensation is in stock. So your W2 at the end of year says you made whatever your base was and stock was for the year. But you really only made whatever your base pay was. You are taxed on your stock and if you cash out stock, you are taxed on it again.
Fun job because of the people and leaders, pretty easy sell too since it’s Amazon.
Amazon has force mandated a mandatory back to the office 5 days a week which has really lowered morale not just in the org but the company overall. Browse Other Reviews
