Current Employee1.9Sep 12, 2023Overall my experience was average, the organization did not move to variable compensation even after 3 years of promising it. This is a big miss to incentivize sales people and led to excessive focus KPI versus real performance of increasing revenue.

Current Employee2.4Jan 4, 2024The Customer Advisor/AE role offers no bonus incentive and a low base salary. Compensation is front loaded with a “signing” to make up for the lack of RSU vesting. Recruiters mislead candidates on the promotion requirements. Return to office requirements for employees who were hired as remote are now a compensation loss.
